Exercise Update

Went to the gym after work, had a good session with Kelly rather than Cooper. Kelly is one of the two female trainers (never worked with her before) but she does those body competitions and has like 12% total body fat.

Did a bunch of upper-body and some core/abs. I checked the scale and in a week since my last visit, down 2lbs from 278 to 276. Key for the rest of the week will be good eating.

Good for you! Think of it as a lifestyle thing, to do for the rest of your life and remember, you're going to live a long life, so slow and steady will win the race. 2 lbs is great, keep going :)

I agree, good eating is key to a healthful week - except for on Friday night when you get to go out for a yummy dinner with friends!!! (Can't wait)

12% body fat isn't natural LOL - keep at it and eat well. Here from the Scavenger Hunt -- not that I'm competitive or anything like that!

That is excellent. Keep up the good work.
Take one day at a time and son;t forget to drink water!!!!!!!!! It is such a common tip that in goes in one ear and comes out the other.

But since I have made the effort to drink more than 8 glasses of water a day I have started feeling the benefits.

I am here from the scavenger hunt
