I wore my Thrashers jersey for the first time this season last night when we went to play trivia. The Thrashers were off last night, but today they had the first game in a two week road trip, and they WON!
Final score 5-4 after a 4-4 tie at the end of regulation. Ilya Kovlchuk scored the winning goal in a shootout and the Thrashers are now 2-7 for the season.
I'll mention my other team (in baseball) the Phillies started their season 4-11 and won their division, so anything is possible.
