13 Things I need to reduce or give up to lose weight.
1. Hot Dogs
3. Submarine Sandwiches
4. Rice (therefore) Chinese Food
7. Ice Cream (not common, but I like it)
8. Milk (I'm told it's not a good sugar)
9. Bread (in most every form)
10. Candy (not a big factor, but I like Hershey's w/almonds)
11. Alcohol (again not a big one, but I like rum)
12. Snack Chips (Doritos and Cape Cod chips (which are like crack))
13. Donuts (I live in the lqand of Krispy Kremes, but Dunkin Donuts Apple and Spice are the bomb).
