13 Things I need to reduce or give up to lose weight. 1. Hot Dogs 2. Pizza 3. Submarine Sandwiches 4. Rice (therefore) Chinese Food 5. Potatoes 6. Pasta 7. Ice Cream (not common, but I like it) 8. Milk (I'm told it's not a good sugar) 9. Bread (in most every form) 10. Candy (not a big factor, but I like Hershey's w/almonds) 11. Alcohol (again not a big one, but I like rum) 12. Snack Chips (Doritos and Cape Cod chips (which are like crack)) 13. Donuts (I live in the lqand of Krispy Kremes, but Dunkin Donuts Apple and Spice are the bomb). Of course, I'm at the other end, trying to gain weight, so let's swap lists - LOL!
This is the saddest TT I've ever seen, I'd hate to have to give up Chinese food. Good luck with the dieting.
Good luck with giving these things up. We have Krispy Kreme too, and that's like crack to me.
If I had to give those up, I would never eat! Seriously, I am just trying really hard on the moderation thing, and the "splurge" thing. I love pizza but we try not to eat it too often and make it a splurge. Same with donuts. I really and truly only try to eat donuts a couple of times a year (on vacation and during the holidays, I sometimes buy those little packages of white sugar coated ones if I'm crunched for time!). :)

I agree - what a sad list. I love all that stuff! Well, I'm not that crazy about ice cream - could take it or leave it - but the rest! Oh, it would be hard to give them up.

OMG Cape Cod Chips are the best. you need to be able to pick one thing to keep. I would suggest rice in moderation. Well if it were me it would be alcohol, but i digress.
