This is the First Union building in Key West, FL, located just off of Mallory Square on Duval Street. It has always been one of my favorite brick designs.
Hehe - at the first glance I thought it was from some place like Disney World, it was so colourful and sort of childish looking. Like a huge lump of candy :)
