Friday Flashback - Musical Geography
A little musical geography as this week's selections feature bands named after cities in the USA. Now, Boston released DLB in 1978, but they had an awesome album called Third Stage in '87. It's just they never filmed any MTV-style videos. And of course we have Gloria Estefan with the Miami Sound Machine, and a favorite Chicago song and video, from Chicago 17, "Along Comes a Woman." Enjoy!

I love them! I like how you always have a theme, my theme is songs I sing really loud and really when no one is looking. I cant torture anyone else hahaha :)
Thank You Cyndi, I like to think that it is pretty creative, and I enjoy trying to come up with new themes each week.
Route 66 and Steve Miller's Keep Rockin' Me both have songs with American cities too, if I'm remembering correctly. But if you're looking for bands, Boston? Asia? Nope, that one doesn't work. :)
Ah! Chicago!
Along Comes a Woman! I love their homage to Casablanca!
Play it again!
Here's looking at you. kid!
